This detailed policy scorecard accompanies the Health Policy Institute of Ohio’s report evaluating the state of Ohio’s efforts to adopt evidence-based practices to address addiction in the law enforcement and criminal justice systems. The scorecard describes the current status of evidence-based policies, programs and practices in Ohio, rates the extent to which these politics and programs align with evidence-based practices and the extent to which the programs are reaching Ohioians in need. The scorecard also identifies opportunities for improvement.
