This one page fact sheet briefly explains the Chronic Pain Self-Management Program (CPSMP) and how Arizona residents can register for the program. The CPSMP is an evidence-based, self-management workshop developed by researchers at Stanford University and in Canada. The program does not conflict with other treatment but is designed to enhance overall pain management. This document is part of Arizona ReThink RX Abuse initiative which helps communities educate their citizens about prescription drug safety.
