Arizona Opioid State Targeted Response Grant

This is the grant application and project plan for Arizona’s Opioid State Targeted Response funding. The proposal’s goals for the funding include increasing access opioid use disorder treatment, enhancing coordination and integration of care, improving recovery support services, and implementing or expanding prevention programs to prevent development of opioid use disorder or overdose incidences.
