Arizona State Opioid Response Grant

This is the grant application and project plan for Arizona’s State Opioid Response funding. The proposal’s goals for the funding include increasing access to medication assisted treatment, improving recovery support services, and implementing or expanding prevention programs to prevent development of opioid use disorder or overdose incidences.
