The Arizona Department of Health Services prepared a 2017 review of opioid related policies in all 50 states to assist decision makers in evaluating what additional programmatic and policy actions they might want to adopt. This appendix to the report was prepared by the Arizona Bureau of Emergency Medical Services and Trauma and lists the findings of a survey of state EMS officials on their opioid reporting requirements.
