This is the website for Ohio’s Maternal Opiate Medical Supports (MOMS) collaborative which is working to improve maternal and baby health outcomes by providing obstetrical care and substance use disorder treatment treatment through a maternity care home model of care. The interactive website has specific information for moms and mom-to-be (including referrals to providers), for healthcare providers (including a downloadable decision support tool for use with patients) , and for stakeholders.
