LEAD National Support Bureau

Website for the Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) program, a community-based diversion program intended to improve public safety while reducing unnecessary incarceration and justice system involvement for low-level offenders. LEAD also has a goal to fund sustainable and effective alternatives to criminal justice interventions and undo racial disparities at the front-end of the criminal justice system.
