The Harm Reduction Coalition spoke to diverse group of people who use drugs in San Francisco to inform a public health campaign the City planned to raise awareness about risks associated with fentanyl and the use of naloxone to treat opioid overdose. This reports summarizes the findings of their conversations and provides information all communities might find helpful to design destigmatizing, informative and affirmative public information campaigns.
