These presentation slides describe the Huntington, West Virginia Quick Response Team (QRT) which is a partnership of substance use disorder treatment providers, law enforcement, first responders, and faith-based community members. The QRT’s mission is to follow up on individuals treated for opioid overdose by contacting them in the community and encouraging them to enter treatment. The presentation describes the model, presents interim results on QRT success in enrolling individuals in treatment, and describes the improvements intended to improve QRT’s reach, treatment adoption and data collection.
