The guide has 4 sections: explaining the need for continuing care and supporting your child in recovery; how to encourage your child to participate in recovery activities; how to talk to your child about abstinence and what to do if there is a relapse or return to use; and how to provide appropriate supervision and communicate with your child after treatment completion.
