This is a 2018 journal report of a pilot project to provide acupuncture for some Vermont Medicaid patients with chronic pain diagnoses. The authors concluded that acupuncture was associated with significant improvement in patient outcomes and that offering an acupuncture benefit for Vermont Medicaid patients was feasible.
